must have correct documentation if your country requires it by the end

of the quarantine period for your Moss order. The quarantine period is fourteen days. once your order is received, we will send off the exporting paperwork, which can take up to 14 days for us to receive

Damage items and refund policy

If, In the unlikely case, a product arrived damaged or flawed due to some

manufacturing error or transit. In that case, MossClerks will happily

offer a refund or free replacement with a bonus of 6cm x 6cm 2.36" x

2.36" Including shipping, this does not include international buyers. They will receive a full refund for the faulty item. Of the items arriving with missing items or the order having apparent, demonstrable damage. To do so, please get in contact with photo evidence of the item's unacceptable condition. Then, make sure to reach out to us within 14 days (for domestic orders) or 30 days (for international orders) of the damaged product. There is no need to send the product back to us at MossClerks.

A really nice selection of fresh, healthy samples and more than I expected. Very helpful. Arrived fast. Moss Clerks seem properly ethical in the way they source moss supplies so I hope to order for a bigger project soon.

Not as good as it used to be

I ordered the higher grade spaghnum and sample pack I have had the spaghnum a few times but this was more like the lower grade loads of pine needles and sticks plus random other mosses mixed in and just looked old and not as fresh as other orders and the sample packs were all dried up I also upgraded shipping to 24hr tracked and it got sent first class still waiting on refund 2 weeks later and it took a week for them to send it out as well got told I would get extra for the delay but never did get anything. Sadly I won't be coming back now and this was my go to shop for moss as well bit just not reliable anymore

Lovely

I ordered this little pack a few days ago and it arrived with a couple of days. Today my daughter and I have planted it - we actually have no idea what we're doing! The instructions on the site are a bit garbled and we really couldn't identify which mosses we had so what sort of substrate to give them. So, I'm hoping to post pics here, and maybe someone will kindly help?
Nope, can't post a pic.
Otherwise, packaging is fine, 4 little plastic ziplock-type bags in a nice strong tiny box sealed well with tape, arrived undamaged and very quickly.
Good value imo, though depends if it all dies and I have to start again!

I do intend to buy a large amount of moss once I've decided which ones I want for my garden.

It was not moss clerks fault that I had not received my order, they had sent me the moss it was just the royal mail that messed up, great little packets to find out what can grow in my environment, please ignore my last review
