Mix for Rocks/Boulders.
Racomitrium ( Sun Moss ) which grows on boulders, rocks and rocky forestry roads, likes barren ground and sun, and can withstand direct sun and being dry for longer periods of time.
Pogonatum ( Urn Haircap ) or Politrychum ( Bristly, Juniper Haircap ) are small species of larger Haircaps ( commune, strictum ) and like to grow on rocks, rocky forestry roads, dry walls, boulders and in rocky crevices.
Hypnum ( Flat Carpet moss ) likes to grow basically everywhere but it can be easily overgrown in the wooded area, it can grow on rocks, boulders, dry walls.

I ordered a few of the sample packs and some Sphagnum last year to use in an undergraduate bryophyte diversity practical. They were fantastic! It saved me a lot of time. I've just come back to order some for this year's practical - which is in a few weeks - and am horrified to see that the sample packs are sold out!
I received the sample pack on time and was pleased to find four neatly packaged mosses inside together with detailed instructions on how to deal with each of them; they each need slightly different environments to grow well. I enjoyed the process of starting my own little moss area. Highly recommended.

A lovely array of moss. Instead of receiving one bag out of several, they instead gave me a larger bag of premium sphagnum moss which was no bad thing really.
