Good moss, but missed half of the request.

I ordered the ‘moss mix’ and emailed a few times re the kinds of mosses I wanted, response time was slow and in the end I messaged on Etsy and Instagram as well to get a reply. I had wanted a high humidity mix with a focus on lower / shorter growing mosses, I received 95% very tall mosses and maybe 5% much shorter high humidity moss, I would have been happy if this ratio had been flipped. Communication was good when it came. Have bought from this shop before and the moss itself is always good quality.
