You can book me in to visit your site/area/garden which you would want to transform into Magical mossy garden or Japanese Zen Garden. 

After booking a site visit I can give you approximate costs of the project, the exact costs and timeframe will be given after you buy a garden design. 

You can book a site visit and garden design over here or I can send an invoice. The exact cost done via Invoice. In same cases payment in advance will be required.

Site visit in Scottish Borders  £20
Site visit in Lothian/Ayrshire/Dumfries/Northumberland/Cumbria/Durham £50
Site visit in Argyll/Stirlingshire/Fife/Perthshire £60
Site visit North from Argyll/Stirlingshire/Fife/Perthshire £150
Site visit Lancashire/Yorkshire £85
Site visit South from Lancashire/Yorkshire £200

Site visit is for taking measurements and to prepare a garden design, check landscape and give approximate costs. 

Pricing Garden Design: 

Small up to 20sqm - £150
Medium up to 50sqm - £250
Large up to 100sqm - £400
Above 100 sqm - £750 

If you garden size does not fit into smaller category by a few sqm I will charge the smaller rate anyways. 

Pricing Landscaping:

***Weed membrane/weed control fabric:
Small Garden £15
Medium Garden £40
Large Garden £75
Above 100sqm price depending on sqm 

***Manual labour excluding use of heavy equipment and machinery, including planting, removing weeds, preparing terrain, attaching membrane.  per day £200

***Hardscape, Rocks and boulders plus chippings.
- granite chippings 6mm, £15 per sqm. 
- smaller rocks and boulders £10 
- up to 20kg, £20 per rock/boulder. 
- up to 50kg, £60 per rock/boulder.
- up to 100kg, £150 per rock/boulder.
- up to 500kg, £500 per rock/boulder.
-one tonne and above, £1000 per rock/boulder. 

***Hiring machinery and heavy equipment
Price depends on the machine and equipment needed. Approximates given at site visit and afterwards. 

***Plants
Moss prices from Moss Clerks -30% discount. 
Other plants will be bought in Garden centers and nurseries. Costs depend on the plants needed.
