ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST READ BEFORE ORDERING

All international buyers must check with their local government agency on plant imports and your country's customs charges, as we do not cover 

those costs. Buyers

 must have the correct documentation if your country requires it

 Once your order is received, we will need your paperwork (if needed). So we can send off our exporting paperwork in a timely fashion, which can take up to 14 days to receive. 

Damage items and refund policy

If, In the unlikely case, a product arrived damaged or flawed due to 

an error. In that case, MossClerks will happily refund

 International buyers for the defective item. If the items arrive with 

missing items or the order has apparent, demonstrable damage. Please get in contact with photo evidence of the item's unacceptable

 condition. Then, make sure to reach out to us within  30 days 

 of the damaged product. There is no need to send the product back to us

 at MossClerks. You can put the damaged moss in a rehab vessel to see if

 it will regrow (you'd be surprised how it comes back to "life" given time) or pop it in the compost.
