Refund Policy

You have 2 weeks for return. CUSTOMER pays the postage fee for return. 

If you are not happy with your order, send us a photo for confirmation, and we will send you additional or new product after review. 

You can always reuse the product instead sending it back, we will both save on cost of postage and you can try to grow your own moss or liverwort. Just chop it down into small pieces and plant it in shaded area, which will keep moisture, in that time we will send you new moss or liverwort.
