We recommend stepping stones in high foot traffic areas. When you do walk on it, it's best to have low-track shoes. Carpet type Mosses can handle foot traffic well, especially when humidity levels are ideal. These carpet forming mosses grow in a way where they knit together, forming a carpet that will get thicker over time with sporophytes releasing their spores. These types of growers are called Pleurocarp mosses. These specifically grow \"outwards\" and are much quicker to establish and grow when compared to most Acrocarps( where they grow \"upwards\"). It holds well together and can be easily torn to the desired shape to fit around things to be more tailored in your garden. They have wide variable colours from deep emerald green and green to a yellow-green gold hue.
